Question about line breaks (for poetry, lyrics, etc): How do I get them without literally editing each line individually? I’ve tried copy-paste from Libre, copy-paste from a text editor. Thanks to anyone who can help!

Hello! and why am I here?
Well, essentially, I enjoy shorter posting limits at times for various reasons, because it’s good for my editing chops, because it forces me to be more careful and intentional with my words. As someone who writes a lot of poetry, these are valuable skills.
At the same time, I rarely write haiku, and my disabled.social account (@VaylLarkinPoet) gets pretty annoying on the third or fourth thread extension.
So! Here I am! Talking to no-one because I don’t know anyone on here yet.
